To place an order with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by bank acceptable to us. 


Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. The items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until it is checked out. 

Pre Order
You will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. The ship out of products will take place approximately a month after you have successfully paid for the pre-order order. If your order includes other products, they will all be shipped out separately in approximately 1 week; however Rembulan reserves all rights prior to the delivery. In order to minimize scalper activities, delivery address of pre-order orders cannot be changed. Please confirm the details of your delivery address, as it cannot be changed after submission.


Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly stated on our site from time to time. You confirm that the credit card/debit card being used is yours or that you have specifically authorized by the owner to use it. 

We will take reasonable care to make our site secure. All online banking transactions on this site are processed using kiplepay, which is a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your details in a secure host environment. 

In addition, we will take reasonable care, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any date you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. 


Vouchers
Vouchers provide to you are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code or offers and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. 


Delivery
Kindly take note that we will process and send out all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date the order is sent out. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Collected Information We collect information that is needed for the registration procedure at our website. The information that we collected are voluntarily submitted by the customers to us.

All orders will be process within 3-7 working days. Tracking number will be provided through email once we have shipped out your order.

Step 1: Login / Register
If you have not created your account, click on “Sign Up” button. Enter you information required and click on “Register” button. If you have register with us, click on the "Login As Member" button to login.

Step 2 : Add your desired item to Cart
Choose your desire item, insert the quantity of the item and click on “Add to cart” button.

Step 3: Checkout Cart
Click on "Continue Shopping" to add more items into your cart. When you finish shopping click on “Secure Checkout” to proceed with your purchase.

Step 4: Enter Shipping Address (For New Customer)
For new customer, click on the "Add Address" button to add your shipping address first before proceed to payment.

Step 5: Confirm Your Delivery Details
Before proceed to payment, kindly confirm your shipping address and if you wish to change your shipping address, click on the "Change Address" Button.
After you confirm your shipping address, choose your shipping option on the left and click on "Continue Checkout" to proceed your purchase.

Step 6: Choose your payment method
Before you choose your payment method, please verify all items & quantity are correctly shown in your shopping cart.

If you have voucher code, key in the code, and click on "Redeem" button.

Confirm your billing and shipping address once again and then please choose your payment method and leave your comment if you have any. Finally, checked the box below and click on "Confirm Order" button.
